Chicken Noodles

Sweet & Sour Chicken

  • 200g chicken thigh 

  • Mixed veggies for stir fry (your choice, e.g.Onion ,peppers) 

  • Pineapple chunks (optional) 

  • Hand full only Noodles or rice 

  • 8 tbsp tomato ketchup 

  • 8tbsp vinegar 

  • 4tbsp sugar (brown or white) 

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce (school will provide

  • 200g mince of choice (lamb, beef, chicken, turkey, Quorn)  

  • 2 tsp ground coriander 

  • 2 garlic cloves 

  • 1 tbsp. chopped mint (school will provide)

  • 1 or 2 lettuce leaves 

  • 1 tomato
